        Be careful of the following: 1. They don't keep their promises by making all excuses 2. They appear friendly and helpful on the surface but in fact unethical underneath 3. They push your sales price down but not pass on to buyer 4. They withhold the money received from buyer and not transfer to seller by delaying the completion.
