Very pleasant at first and promised much. However things turned out very differently . Every month I had to chase them to process the rent to me. In four months Mr Cliff did not 'get around' to collect any ground rent or the insurance contributions from the leases'. In fact he took it out of my money AND still took his fee ! Added to this, one tenant I spoke to regarding a rent review paid in the higher amount the next month but NMC never mentioned this to me and did not pay me. What is the point of a management company that clearly cannot manage the basics. I am left to pick up the pieces . . . It is a complete mess thanks to them. And yes Roland Cliff is a family member.

Sorry, but as a partner of NMC , the tenants and Landlords do not always get a true picture. We as a company work endlessly to give our clients a 100 per cent service . Clients today forget that we cannot always respond immediately There are certain rules and regulations to follow. If a job is to be done properly, as we do, it takes time and care for the best results.
