        They are always polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. However today they were even better as I had dropped my tracking reference receipt outside the shop for a parcel that I had sent to Germany and when outside they had seen it and held it behind the counter for me to pick up. Thats is fantastic customer service. Thank-you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
