We manage holiday apartments in and around Bournemouth. So plenty of opportunity for boilers to go wrong, leaks, clogs, etc. Craig is always happy to help, quick to respond and professional. Exactly what we need, doing anything from small jobs to boiler replacements for us. We have been using him for years now and we will continue to do so.

We had a great experience working with Craig. He came into our extension project late due to the fact we were let down by another plumber and worked extremely hard to ensure our underfloor heating and shower room were installed. He also installed a water softener and all plumbing for the utility room plus advised on a new pipe we needed to connect our plumbing to the road. Craig works really efficiently and came when he said he would , the quality of everything installed was excellent. Cannot rate him highly enough and we will definitely use him again in the future if we have another plumbing job. Thanks Craig !

Craig has never been available for me . He spent a lot of energy to tell me that he was fully booked,fully busy with his family etc. He couldn't even drop in to have a look at my sink. There was only a washer beneath my sink which needed replacing. Very disappointing!
