        I highly recommend Shore Pilates, The team are so welcoming and all very professional.. I have been struggling with my back for years and I can honestly say my back has never felt so good since I have be taking regular classes

        My mother and I used to go routinely for classes here. It is an amazing space with lovely staff and located in a lovely area. It has a really accepting atmosphere.

        Shore Pilates is brilliant small studio of experienced pilates instructors. It feels like a community there and everyone is lovely and very welcoming. After moving to Southbourne earlier in the year, I have been going to Georginas classes for two terms and her tuition is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to maintain fitness and strength.

        Shore Pilates is a fantastic setting, both parts of Georgina's studio are very professional and well equipped. The upstairs room is a great open space with fantastic views of the sea making every class a really enjoyable experience.
