        I am now on my 3rd 6 week course with Emily and I have loved every class. The teaching is excellent and each week is different so every muscle groups gets a really good workout. I feel so much stronger physically and mentally, thank you Emily. I would recommend these classes to anyone of any age.

        I have attended several of Emilys Pilates classes online through zoom. Each class is different and exercises are explained really well to adapt to all abilities. The classes were really enjoyable but also challenging. I would highly recommend the Pilates Physio for anyone who is wanting to get into Pilates.
