Lees class was one of the best classes I've ever taken. Great all body workout with a fun and knowledgeable instructor.

I started pilates 5 months ago. I'm a very lazy person and I don't like go to the gym. I told myself to give me a try and since I started I never stopped. At the beginning was difficult for me understand english and Lee helped me a lot showing me the exercises few times. As I work full time getting classes during the day is difficult for me but at Dynamica you can find classes for every time of the day starting from 7 am (my favorite) and even weekends. My body changed a lot, I finally put some muscles and that's incredible! Many thanks Lee!!

Frustrating how they cancel so many classes when there's still a few booked in, even cancelling up until right before some class. I know there is a need to make money but it continually disrupts someone's schedule and leaves you going to another exercise class provider who's more reliable.

I really thought these classes would not benefit me as a avid gym goer and a weights lifter. I was so shocked how this has transformed my body in a way I could not do at the gym. Love these classes.

This is such a great workout! Surprisingly exhausting. Muscles, core and glutes feel so sore the following day! The teachers are really fun and calm too. Completely recommended!
