Went for a consultation appointment with the Pharmacist at very short notice, he was so kind and helpful. Very professional and was able to help me. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended to family .

Disgraceful attitudes and awful service in this pharmacy. A few months ago I witnessed a female staff member being very rude to an elderly lady. Today I witnessed the most disgraceful treatment of a customer. After a disagreement with a male member of staff (who refused to give his name) the customer started to leave. When he was about to exit the door a very aggressive female member of staff, acting like a nightclub bouncer, unnecessarily provoked the matter further by telling the customer to leave. This resulted in foul language by the customer. These staff need customer service training to improve their attitude. I won't ever use this pharmacy again.

Have been a customer here for a number of years and the service never fails to be a pleasant experience. The staff are busy but attentive and I often think that we forget just how many people they are providing a service for. We may each feel that we are a priority but they deal with numerous surgeries and untold numbers of patients, all clamouring for special treatment. Well done to all the staff who provide a smile, a friendly welcome and after a while know who you are when you walk in. They do their best to acknowledge all who are waiting if there's a queue, and get everyone dealt with as soon as possible. They must be exhausted by the end of the day, but their efficiency is second to none. In these tense and uncertain times patients should remember that the staff can't circumvent the system... if the Government aren't releasing Covid test kits, there is zero point in blaming the pharmacy!! A special mention for the Pharmacist Silas, he has that all important gentle "bedside manner" and is extremely knowledgeable, calm and reassuring. If you want to feel part of the community, this is the pharmacy for you.
