Always some issue with this boots. Closed even on weekdays! They never pick up the phone!

A very rude unprofessional staff member who wouldn't give me their name when I confronted him about his behaviour/tone/attitude so I could make an official complaint, decided to make a sarky comment as he walked away from me behind the counter....when I had been nothing but pleasant and thankful. Best to snipe about customers when they have actually left the shop and out of earshot and laughing when they call you out is seriously not going to help at all. Absolutely disgusting. I'm very disappointed with Boots, I really didn't expect to be made to feel embarrassed and like an inconvenience when asking for help. If I could put zero stars I would. I'm absolutely dreading and putting off going back to pick up rest of my essential prescription. Thanks. I wish Boots would take this branch in hand, just read the reviews... And we're the ones who could be bothered to do this, imagine how many more there are in reality... This treatment of people seeking their medication has properly ground my gears.

Firstly they closed on Saturday and Sunday, meaning having to go after to work to pick up prescriptions, issue with that is that more often than not the pharmicist is not there, so the chemist has to shut, without warning. Considering changing to another chemist as now the only sure way of getting essential medicines is getting there for 9AM, which doesnt help with work.

Awful service, never has anything in stock. Rude unhelpful staff who clearly hates their job. Really long wait for the simplest prescriptions.
