Amazing friendly staff, nothing is a problem, even when they are busy. You collect a prescription and they say I will get it ready for you 3 minutes later its done!! Great customer service, Knowledgeable staff. Cant rate this pharmacy any higher!!! Thank you.

VERY officious sales assistant who gave my partner eye drops that I did not want. I'd specifically requested ointment. Then on the phone , the pharmacist insisted that he see me before he would allow purchase of eye ointment despite the fact the drops I already had bought contained the same antibiotic. Absolutely ridiculous as the ointment I required was NOT on prescription ! Anyone would think I'd been asking for illicit drugs instead of antibiotic eye ointment for a sty. I have now purchased exactly what I wanted on-line and I will never ever use that pharmacy again.

Notwithstanding other reviews Ive read, I find this pharmacy extremely reliable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I carefully monitor my supply of meds and use the NHS app to reorder, and in several years Ive never once had any problem getting everything I need on time and complete. This may not be a fair comment but it seems to me that if we dont order until weve run out then the risk is probably on our shoulders, not those of the pharmacy.
