        Personally went in and asked staff if they had a particular drug available, which is nationally in short supply. Was told that they could get as much as the prescription asked for. I went and go a new prescription for several months supply. Only to now be told that they cannot get it - and nobody remembers talking to me about it. Don't trust a word they say, and then not even trying to make amends is just shocking.
