I ordered a prescription from my surgery to be delivered here. They used to send a text message when it was ready but after 2 weeks of not receiving one I re-ordered the prescription through the surgery. Another two weeks and nothing; you can't get through on the phone so I went in on the off-chance, which is never a pleasurable experience since you usually have to negotiate your way past the local colourful characters who are pacing up and down, keen to get their Methadone. It turned out they had been sitting on my prescription for a month without letting me know, which just seems irresponsible. This pharmacy used to be open late, but now it's barely open at all.

Absolutely shocked. Was queuing 25 minutes to be told my prescription hasn't arrived yet after been ordered more than a week before. Receptionist made an emergency order so went to collect next day. Been told it's not ready for collection and have to wait 40 minutes. Also no chance to get answer the phone. Called at least 10 times to save time and traveling but never got answer.Very unfriendly staff. Huge disappointment.

Good luck in getting anyone to pick up the telephone. I've phoned this place at least 50 times to check on my prescription, different days/times. They NEVER pick up!

This is the only place that actually gives me my antibiotics in the correct dosage. Thank you!
