Very busy but friendly place. Very efficient and only place I get my prescriptions filled.

I can't understand why anyone can find anything wrong with this Pharmacy. All the staff are friendly and hard-working even though they are very busy most of the time. We find Lindsay particularly helpful, and when she was helping us the other day another member of staff also provided very useful information to a young man about pre-payment cards, which helped to save him money and make life easier for him. Thanks to the whole team. They have provided a quick response to urgent requests on a number of occasions.

Unfortunately a terrible service for a number of months now. Important meds for critical health issues not in stock, not chased even when hassling due to running low. Issues with suppliers not having stock (strange given how easy I obtain these meds in other parts of the country) and incredibly erratic delivery on a daily basis is not there issue. What is their issue is the indifferent shrugs when asking for help because nearly out of important meds and what can I do urgently? I've now finding the hospital is acting as my community pharmacy majority of the time and urging me to complain and switch. Too many (new) staff at this place now, a number of them rude, some indifferent, some too busy talking about their lunch or 'look at this picture of a puppy, how adorable is that' while a large queue waits, very few seem to know or care what customer service is, and if you have the temerity to complain you just get attitude about disrespect. Appalling lack of interest in providing basic information unless pushed repeatedly. Attitude is currently very poor across the board. I sincerely hope they collectively find a better stress coping strategy soon. Shame it's a hub dispensary.

Never answer the phone. I sat in the pharmacy waiting to speak to Pharmacist for 30 mins so had the privilege of observing. It was mid afternoon and hardly any customers. One irate customer came in because she said no one was answering the phone when she tried. She was informed they are often busy and can't answer it. Yet there were staff other than the Pharmacist there doing nothing while I was in there, while the phone rang on... There's either something terribly wrong with the job allocation or they need more staff. Or maybe they just don't care...?

They are very busy, I feel for them, especially this time of year with the winter bugs. However I was told for two different prescriptions on two different occasions in the day that they would be ready in 20 mins. To be kind on their backlog, I waited several hours to come back and nothing was ready. Not sure if they have issues managing their backlog, or just my bad luck. Either way, set your expectations on timing.
