        Only performed the bare minimum in terms of "grooming". I could've done everything on my own. Poor value for money.

        i took my dog here yesterday and they absolutely butchered the job. they made her incredibly patchy, with some parts of her being fully shaven and others much longer, her face is very choppy and they shaved off ALL of her whiskers which is absolutely not right and her eyelashes on one of her eyes are trimmed. she also started itching all over her body as soon as we got back home which has never been an issue for her. never coming back here again
