        Mel has been wonderful with our Benjy whos 12 and usually very reactive to being groomed. She discovered it was the noise of the shaver that kept spooking him. She now takes the trouble to scissor him instead. Wonderful service we both highly recommend her.

        Maybe she is a good groomer but on first meeting she is the rudest most unpleasant woman, after asking a simple question about an appointment I was met by such an unhelpful , rude and dismissive reply she wouldn't get my custom even if she was the last groomer in the area. As she isn't maybe she could learn a few lessons in civility.
