        I am a regular customer and have been going into Kinson branch for a few years now, always good service food is also good quality and price spot on thanks for being there

        Unfortunately the quality seems to have taken a hit of late. Meaty and chunky is sold as more of a paste and the beef complete is very high in fat. Customer service recognised the issue with the meaty and chunky and mentioned it could have been over minced and hoped my dogs would eat it anyway (they did not). Proceeded to ignore my emails after saying they would arrange collection of the food and offer a gesture of good will. Disappointed as this is one our dogs favourite brands and hope the standard gets back up to what it used to be.

        I have had nothing but amazing quality food, amazing prices, and amazing customer service. Ive tried a lot of raw feeding companies and this is by far the best. We had snow which delayed the delivery, and we were updated straight away by Jamie at Fury Feasts. We live on a mobile park and struggle to get deliveries sometimes, however, this company have always delivered on time and have never messed up an order. This is now my go-to dog food brand and I will remain a happy customer! Would 100% recommend!
