        Brilliant service. I phoned yesterday about a moth infestation I have on several rolled up rugs that have been in storage, plus where they have now started to eat into the fitted carpet in my flat, and other textile items. Had a visit from Aaron this morning and he couldnt have been more helpful. He spent time explaining things, giving me a lot of information and suggestions about how to move forward. I am now very clear about my options and the consequences of each. I felt no pressure about which choice to make, including taking things to the tip, and am now considering what Im going to do. Cant recommend him highly enough!! Thank you for your help Aaron.

        Poor customer service. I had to wait for more than two weeks to get the machine for pest contol and even when i complained about it it took me 2 days to talk to the manager. I cancelled the order and will not ask for any other service from this company again.
