I first called him on a Sunday morning not expecting anyone to answer the phone in pure desperation in hoping someone would be able to get rid of our bed bugs. He came round within a couple of days. He is 100% reliable and trust worthy. Our bugs have been very reluctant to leave, Hugh has been back several times and finally we are free of them, hes always at the end of the phone, answering my messages anytime of the day/night. Thanks so much!
