        Epic trainers, epic gym. People are so friendly and knowledgeable, there's always a great atmosphere when training. Sessions are challenging but so much fun! I'd recommend 180 to anybody. I'm stronger and fitter and can't wait to see what's next :)

        This is the best gym I've been to. There is so much support from the whole team! They make you feel so welcome. I've been to other group gyms in the area, but 180 give you so much more for your money. I'm happy to say I have now found my 'forever' gym. If you're thinking of joining, do it, you won't regret it

        180 Strength has turned into everything I was looking for, needed, and fulfils all my wants. My personal goals are now expanding, due to the expert, fun, enthusiastic and motivational ways the coaches ( special shout out to Dan!) Run sessions and give you the confidence to keep pushing and achieving. If you are thinking of joining or looking for a different way, this is it. For all I have achieved and all I will thank you 180 Strength
