Fast Fitness

After years of yo-yo dieting, bad posture, severe back pain from years of office work and frustrating gym sessions I found Fast Fitness through recommendations from friends and after less than 6 months I feel so much better. Phill and Joe had a huge impact on my life, making exercise enjoyable as well as challenging and helping me with me implement long term changes to my diet. After a couple of weeks all my back pain was gone, I lost weight, my stamina and flexibility are improving, my doctor is impressed with my better heart rate and changes, I feel happier and more active. Long term health issues such as IBS and depression are far more controlled than they have ever been by medication. The fitness sessions with Joe are something I enjoy and could imagine doing for the rest of my life, not a chore to just loose weight and Phill's guidance and motivation as seen me through every wobble. I might be new to this but I cannot recommend Fast Fitness enough, no matter if you want to tackle health issues, get fitter, loose weight or just lead a healthier life style.

From overweight office to playing football and running marathons. I've no hesitation in commending Phill and Cathryn who have helped coach and train me over the past 15 years. Whether I've injured my shoulder or legs Phill has helped put me back together and always has positive advice to strengthen and avoid the injury recurring. He's always made time to see me when injuries occurred and responds to messages quickly.

Would definitely have no hesitation to recommend this physio. I came to see them after having a broken shoulder. Phil instantly talked through my treatment, put my mind at ease with all of my questions and concerns and was a great help throughout my healing. If you want a friendly & knowledgeable physio then Fast Fitness are great. Thanks guys!
