Optimum Physique

Connor is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. Before I joined this gym I had given up multiple times because they pushed me so hard that I was too sick to go home straight after the sessions. BUT Connor completely changed the game for me. I'm actually looking forward to coming to our sessions every time. He's an excellent motivator, always pays attention to my physical wellbeing, changes the exercise if necessary when I have issues with my back for instance. Also he's a great conversation partner. These sessions gave me confidence and finally I feel good about myself. I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I've been training with Connor for just over 10 months now and can't rate him highly enough. Not having done much weight or strength training before, I wasn't sure if the goals i'd set were realistic and wanted to make sure I was training safely. Since starting regular sessions I've surpassed every single target and more - from weighted pull ups and push ups to squats and boxing. I love having regular training sessions and feel so much stronger both mentally and physically.
