I was looking to get fit and incorporate exercise into my daily routine. Having never worked out before, I was unsure of nutrition and exercise. I have been consulting with Matt, and under his guidance I am already seeing great results in a very short period of time. Matt tailored a plan suited to my needs which is very easy to follow and working well for me. I am seeing my body transform and could not be more pleased with my progress. Matt really knows his stuff, his approach is flexible and I felt listened to in relation to my goals. I have been working with Matt for the past 4 months and following his advice I am close to achieving my personal goals.
