I had felt unmotivated and Id struggled to get back into exercise for quite a while before I took the plunge and booked with Hanna. I can quite honestly say that that having completed 9 sessions with Hanna already I couldnt have found a better person to reignite my motivation, shes given me an absolute wealth of knowledge to help me improve my lifestyle and confidence but equally you get to spend time with lovely person who makes it seem easy (even when its hard work) because she naturally makes it fun and understands people and their individual needs. Couldnt recommend her highly enough

I've been seeing Hanna for a few months now and I'm seeing huge progress in the gym. Hanna's guidance has seen me move past plateaus that I've held for years, and each exercise we work on makes incremental improvements in terms of strength and stability. Hanna is excellent at tweaking and perfecting form, providing workarounds where needed and her vigilance is really showing in my gym improvements!

I started training with Hanna about 6 weeks ago to work on issues with my shoulder and lack of mobility. I'd previously been seeing a chiropractor for almost a year and a half with no improvement and felt that the issue was pretty much unfixable, but the change after these few weeks in the gym has been unbelievable, my shoulder is the best it's been in about 2 years. Hanna is super chill and never pushes you to do more than you're able (I have bad knees too and she's super accommodating with my aches and pains). Her gym is also spotless, bright and beautiful. I can't recommend her enough! Here's to many more training sessions in the future

Ive been working with Hanna for about 9 months so far and the experience has been great! I had ZERO fitness experience and Hanna was amazing at talking me through all the basics so I understood not only how to do things but also why and the impact it would have on my fitness. Hanna really focuses on all the benefits that training has and encourages me to do the same (rather than just seeing it as a way to loose weight,) which has had a massive positive impact on my mental health. I really look forward to our sessions each week, which is honestly something I never thought Id say about exercise!!

After previous experience with PTs, Hanna is the most professional yet friendly PT around. She consistently motivates me to do well and I have never felt more strong and empowered than when Im in her gym! Hanna is completely transparent and not at all egotistical which ultimately makes you feel safe in her hands: I trust that she always has my best interest in mind and has never failed me yet. Im always excited to continue to grow with her as she not only helps me build but educates me as we go which helps me when I train alone to ensure Im not injuring myself and also so that Im aware of what Im building on in order to reach my goals. She is all you could ever want in a PT and Im so lucky to have the pleasure of training with her every week!
