    I have been seeing Ollie at GriggsFitness for a long time now. I use him for a number of things such as strength & conditioning programs and nutrition plans but mainly for recovery. I see Ollie roughly twice a month for massages and stretching routines after and before my football matches. I highly recommend his service to anybody whatever their age or goals. He is extremely flexible and I been extremely pleased with the service every time. Would highly recommend.

    I have been a client of Ollies for approx 6 months doing 1-2 sessions per week both in the gym and outdoors. We do a mixture of strength training and cardio, the programme is varied and I am constantly learning new techniques. After just 10 sessions I noticed a real difference in my core and upper body strength. A typical session for me could include boxing, deadlifts, squats, TRX exercises, kettle bells, battle ropes and gym ball core exercises. Each session will be specifically tailored to meet your individual goals and abilities, taking into account any injuries, weaknesses etc. Ollie is friendly, professional and dedicated - always on hand to answer questions any time. He has a wealth of knowledge not just in fitness but in nutrition, sleep and recovery. The written programmes keep me motivated outside of PT sessions and I have never felt in better shape. Worth every penny.
