        Amazing service. Really professional and excellent sports massage! Len is very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what was causing my tightness and how to work at avoiding the issues in future. Highly recommend Len and LD Health Management!         Len is professional and very knowledgeable. I go to Len between chiropractor appointments as his treatment helps stop my muscles locking up so I can leave it longer between appointments. He has also taught me new stretches which are useful to prevent muscles locking up so I have improved some areas. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so! He's done a great job with my boyfriends IT bands and calves as he's in a band and jumping around stages regularly!
