We have been proven right and have now been working with Becky for over 6 weeks, twice a week plus attending a couple of gym classes.
Becky has shown me that weight training isn't just for the big burly men I imagined but can always be great for women and changing our bodies!! I have tried so many new ways to exercise that I never knew existed and i am loving the way my body is changing and toning. I never thought that little old me would be squatting with 50kg already and deadlifting with 40kg- it is now a challenge to see what we will do week on week!
Who says you need an ex military PT to shout at you to get results?!! Becky is both warm & bubbly but she will tell us off and make sure we push ourselves! I can highly recommend!
