Have had several sports massage sessions with Lewis to sort out my back and pecs and honestly the results are already amazing. I've tried many other things to combat my issue but these sessions are by far the best of them all. The support Lewis gives with exercises and stretches to compliment the sessions and help fix the issue are invaluable too. Top bloke, would highly recommend!

Came across Vykeing Fitness by chance and so glad I did! Ive been suffering with neck pain for many years, I have tried all sorts of treatments and have a rolling and stretching routine but it just didn't seem to relieve the pain. The relief I experienced the days after my massage from Aaron was unreal. It is incredible rare to find someone so passionate and truly fantastic at what they do. Thank you Aaron!

Professional, friendly Team. Had issue with both shoulders after bike incident. Aaron understood my pain. Got my treatment bang on, for first vist. I've been back since.... needed it. Confident and encourage by the results.

I recently booked in with Aaron for a sports massage, which was very much needed due to regularly training weights at the Gym as well as dancing. Aaron showed professionalism and knowledge in his practice. I definitely noticed a positive difference from the massage and will be booking in again with him, as he did such a great job. Thank you!
