Kevin has been my coach since September and I highly rate him. I started on one session and week but soon bumped up to two as I was really seeking and feeling the benefits that come from his training sessions. Initially, I went to him for Olympic lifting practice but I soon found out he was much more than a strength coach. He is an all round great PT who really knows his stuff and will definitely leave you feeling satisfied after every session. He has a great eye for analysis and has really helped me claw back my range of movement again in right shoulder.

I've been working with Kevin for close to 2 months now and I'm already looking forward to hitting great improvements with my lifts. He helped me take my basic understanding of Olympic weightlifting to a new level, achieving much more consistent lifts and better technical proficiency. Kevin has been super detailed with feedback and the one to one sessions I had with him were always full of great examples in everything from warmups and stretches, to cues to implement for better lifts. He also helped me find back my motivation for working out and every week has been more exciting than the previous! Would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone interested in bettering their fitness journey!

I have been training with Kevin for about a year and am really feeling the massive benefits of improved strength and conditioning. He came highly recommended and as I regularly suffer with a prolapsed disc, I really needed a PT I could trust and rely on, with vast knowledge and Kevin is that and more. I am constantly learning as well as improving my fitness and understanding what I have to do to minimise injury - he works me hard but Im having lots of fun doing it ! I know some of his other clients are serious athletes and Im really not one - but this does not affect his work with me and that really stands out. I am always encouraged and supported. I would highly recommend Kevin !!

Kevin has helped me to level up my skills as an Olympic lifters. He is full of knowledge that he will apply to your training to help you improve and provide you with assessments, videos and feedback about your progress. He is supportive, flexible and friendly and has a lot of experience as a coach and athlete so this is amazing because you feel motivated as he is strong too.

I started training with Kevin in June of 2022 and despite having no knowledge of weightlifting at all, I have been able to achieve a variety of lifts and goals I set for myself. Kevin has been amazing with introducing me into the world of weightlifting with his 1-2-1 sessions and continues to push me towards my fitness goals. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone at any fitness level if you are looking for the best training experience.
