Tommy is a great coach and a great guy. He is kind to people just starting out on their fitness journey and supportive along the way. His encouragement is gentle and his praise is frequent. Tommy's technical abilities as a trainer are excellent, he is a great lifting coach. He's so much more as well, his fitness and training tips are meaningful life advice. If you want a truly lovely guy to help you achieve your fitness goals look no further, he's a top lad.

Tommy is a brilliant coach. Ive been training with him for almost 2 years and its been great to see myself getting stronger and fitter in that time and see my body change. This is the first time Ive ever trained consistently and its because of Tommy. He always makes it fun and changes things up to keep it interesting. Theres always banter and laughs. Its challenging so you have a sense of achievement. As a result I feel good about myself and I never feel judged. Training is such a positive experience and I just want to keep progressing. He knows his stuff and I feel confident training with him. I thoroughly recommend Tommy as a coach.

Im an osteopath and its very reassuring to find a trainer who knows their stuff! Ive had a client of Tommys come to me for treatment and with her permission, Ive been able to discuss with him ways of moving forward with her recovery. It was great to hear he already had a very well thought out rehab plan which will really help this patient

Ive been working with Tommy for around 18 months now and have been thrilled with how things have developed. With Tommys patient and really well-informed coaching I have moved from a novice lifter to feeling confident in building up and have surprised myself by what I can achieve. I love that Tommy can spot tiny tweaks that seem small but make a massive difference to my training and he is always on hand for support and advice. On top of all this he is great fun to be around with a naughty sense of humour and doesnt let me get away with anything. He also has a banging playlist! If you want to make genuine progress against your goals whilst also enjoying what you do then Tommy is your man.
