        Friendly and helpful front-of-house staff and opticians that really listen and care. I felt everyone there actually cared about my vision problems rather than other places I had been that only seem to be motivated to sell their frames.

        Avoid Avoid Avoid. Got contacts here but told one eye only needs them. Something wasn't right. Couldn't wear them. When they were out felt like grit in my eyes. Constant discomfort and watery eyes. Called 23rd August and was told I couldn't be seen until 8th September. Ridiculous. So called Classic eyes Bournemouth, got appointment same day. Yes expensive but they do a monthly 12 direct debit. Literally wow. The most comprehensive range of eye test machines ever. Not only did they find I had congenital cataracts both eyes but another problem too. Also my pupil surface area was so flat which was why the contacts were moving around. Recommended 1year check up because of cataracts and other issue. Dont go here. Missed a serious problem with my eyes that explains the light issues and blurriness. If you value your sight and want thorough tests go to Classic eyes and see my reviews there

        My son had his first ever eye test yesterday. I can not say enough about how good the service was. Both ladies in waiting area were fabulous and the optician was so calm and thorough. I find people always a bit full on when it's a child having something done and my son gets very overwhelmed. Not at scrivens!!! We actually thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Will never go anywhere else

        Lovely friendly staff that put you at ease. They are keen to ensure you are not only comfortable but also happy at every stage. Everyone in my household comes here and we all find their service excellent. Had my routine eye test again today and even though the computers were intermittently down they were still smiling, still professional and still lovely. What more can you ask?
