Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Bournemouth

Aisha the optometrist was amazing, I listened to her advice and we ended up deciding I needed 3 pairs of glasses plus a referral to the hospital. She was clear and calm throughout. This was by far the best eye test I ever had. Julie was patient as we found the 3 different frames I now require. Due to balance issues I cant have varifocal or bifocals. Thank you ladies you are an amazing team.

I booked my appointment on line. Received a confirmation of my name, time and date. I arrived for my appointment only to be told I didn't have an appointment. They checked the database and nothing was there. I made another appointment and went home to check. Once home I confirmed that date, tim e and name were correct. I telephoned Vision Express and was told the appointment had been booked in maiden name and had been cancelled. I was told someone had called me but I didn't receive any messages on my home fone or mobile. I was very disappointed with the service and do not think I will make an appointment with vision express again.
