Every time my granddaughter goes there she is ill a couple of days later, she has got scarlet fever and strep A now , this place needs looking into for it hygiene and cleanliness

Was standing in que when I noticed that food hygiene certificate was dated 2014 .I mentioned to the staff .wow what a mistake I just said I think your certificate is out of date .she was very rude and was saying don't you think we no that again wow you would think they would remove if they new not a good advert . I was then approached by a lady raising her voice saying if I have a problem I should talk to managers. She also said it was nothing to do with me and I should mind my own business. For give me but I'm pretty sure that food hygiene is for the public and that's why it has to be displayed. Very unprofessional maybe they need lesson in dealing with public .

They have a section for toddles only no over 2s but they aloud anyone in there my 12 month old son got kicked in the face sat on and pushed down a slide by larger kids there should have been someone manning the toddles section Large items being thrown from the large play area and knocked over coffees staff was amazing about this But everything just seemed so un organised
