Hendy Nissan & Business Centre Bournemouth

After visiting several dealers in the area, looking for my daughters first car, we became impressed with the non pushy but very professional attitude of Claire at Nissan Hendy. Claire had quickly understood exactly what my daughter really wanted and set about sending us some good matches, never once being pushy (unlike other car salespeople), but having a far better listening and overall communication than any others. We picked up the Juke yesterday and Claire was incredibly thorough in her process of handover, even persistent ly trying to get my daughters music linked up so she could listen to it on the way home . Great job, Claire.

Brilliant service from salesman Tomas Jones from the moment we walked in the door just looking for ideas to receive a gentle welcome (not at all pushy!) from him all the way through seeing us off the premises with a new car. He was attentive, understanding and very polite and charming throughout. Really couldn't ask for more. A breath of fresh air amongst car dealers compared to others we had visited where we were either ignored or told misinformation. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time at Nissan Bournemouth. Becky was very welcoming, relaxed and informative and offered tailormade advice and support in choosing the car that suited our needs. She was very flexible booking us in and really went above an beyond to make it feel like a special experience; even making us and the children hot chocolates. We can't wait to come and pick up the car in a few months!

This may strange but I bought two cars in a short space of time, the first I returned as after driving it a good while, unfortunately it proved not to be the right vehicle for me for personal reasons. On returning to the dealership (Nissan Bournemouth) the experience of sorting this process out was smooth, stress free and very pleasant. Adam Brett and Jack Reynolds could do nothing more for me and understood completely where I was coming from, they were both thorough and knowledgeable of the process; with the vast array of used vehicles in stock, Adam was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. If you are visiting Nissan Bournemouth please ask for Adam, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process smooth. Both Adam and Jack went above and beyond for me, but I have no doubt that this great service is for all customers and they will try to help as much as possible. For me it was amazing service, and they know theyre stuff.
