Well booked an appointment they ran half an hour late... then the lady spent the whole time talking on the phone while my daughter had her nails done 1 hour later ... to then find out its cash only not told in advance and the nails were badly filed there was sharp bits and some of the nails were not straight ..... won't be going back Service: Acrylic nails

Extremely rude and abrupt staff, booked an appointment for 2 and didnt get my nails started until 2:45 and even when the nails were completed the design was uneven, messy and overall just a bad job. Very rough which can sometimes be painful and when giving payment I was told various different prices and then shouted at when I got confused. Clearly they dont value their customers and will not be going back here due to rudeness and bad quality nails which fall off after a week! Service: Acrylic nails

Paid for my partner and Daughter to get their nails done for Christmas, partner had booked appointment 4 days earlier when arrived at correct time the salon was very busy my partner did not mind this however when it came to my partners turn, she politely asked the lady for a Christmas design only to be told rudely that they could not do the design as it would take too long and was too difficult my partner being nice then asked for an easier design to which the lady very abruptly said eughh just let me do the infills first! My partner was very taken back by this and felt very uncomfortable my partner is not one to complain however she could tell by the ladies body language and her tone of voice the she really did not want to be doing my partners nails. As my partner felt very uncomfortable she did not notice until she left how bad the nails were they had not cut her cuticles back and the infills were not done properly her nails underneath has not been trimmed and the design has been rushed leaving gaps were there should not have been gaps, my partner and daughter will not be going back here again!
