Everytime I go there, they're always polite and gentle. They do an amazing job. Totally recommend it

I will NEVER use this salon again after today. The lady with the glasses did my nails and feet. First of all I asked for a milky white French which she said I couldnt have because the colours were too similar so I had to have pink. I then asked her if she could go slightly further down with the French tip and I accidentally smudged a tip while showing her. She was visibly angry, huffed at me and started saying something in her language to her colleague clearly about me. This made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed not to mention how incredibly rude it is. She told me my nail beds are too wide to go further down, which no one has EVER said to me before even the girl sitting next to her had done my nails how I was asking in the past. She just couldnt be bothered. She then charged me 60!! The sign said acrylics from 27. She told me they were 40 because of a French. I cannot believe one base layer and a French tip cost an extra 13. She totally ignored me when I questioned the price. Whenever the manager is not there I get over charged. Cannot believe how rude she was with me and Im disappointed because I have used this salon for the last 5 years but I will never be going back. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Im really sad about this one because this was my favourite nail shop, but after my last experience and yesterday I dont think Ill go back. Last time they completely ignored the pattern I wanted and were rushing and aggressive with tools. I understood it was busy, and after waiting for 2 hours longer than the time I had booked in for due to walk ins and my nail bleeding from the harshness of the nail tech,I let it slide. Yesterday however, I asked for a fade on my nails. They did not tell me they didnt have the tools and went ahead. They did half and half white and blue on my nail and slapped some glitter on it. I was not happy after realising this is how it would be left and asked them to just do the nail the same as the others. I was charged 40 for nails I had done there before that cost me 32. Overcharged me but at this point I just wanted to walk out after the nail tech showing me just how angry she was for having to re do the nail. I felt uncomfortable and not welcome for asking them to change a nail they did not tell me they couldnt do and was overcharged. Im really disappointed because the other times were fine when I was being looked after by the manager, just seems like everyone else doesnt have the same standard as her.
