Excellent service Bought my Ford KA from Wessex car sales , and it was a friendly and pleasant experience. The guy I dealt with (his name is Dean ) was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to collect my car the next day , and Dean phoned me and offered to drop the car off to me that is going that extra mile fir a customer, very very happy with the service and the car . Would definitely recommend Wessex car sales . Definitely worth the 5 stars Mrs Amanda Tester

Would give no stars. Are car which we brought about 5 months ago is now going of for scrap. The car has a number of issues, the garage just hide behind saying "we don't know how you drive" we've asked for details about warranty & they haven't been forthcoming. I know what sort of response they will put. Avoid this garage at all costs!!!!

Had a really positive experience with Wessex Car Sales. Although I did not end up purchasing from them, they were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout. A really well run business. Would recommend.

Purchased a BMW for over 7000, within 2 weeks the engine light came on called Wessex Car sales to be told its nothing to do with them and to go through the warranty that was supplied. Took it to a local garage who was recommended by the warranty to be told they won't cover it as it would cost 1400 to replace both sensors, called Wessex car sales back up asking them to cover it as it was less than a month ago I purchased it only to be told they won't cover it and I should have taken out better warranty. Eventually they approved only half the repair as it was to expensive. Move on 4 months car has broken down and leaked oil had to get it recovered and taken to a local garage, again informed Wessex Car Sales who told me to continue under warranty, warranty wouldn't cover the repair as the chain tensioner had come loose and "not broke" had to inform Wessex Car Sales of this who then had to cover half and warranty cover the other half on a 150 repair bill. 2 months later and now out of "Warranty" car has more engine lights come on take it to local garage for diagnostics, they couldn't diagnose the fault, take it to BMW specialist who diagnose it as faulty Brake Pressure Vacuum sensor 200+ to repair. As of this morning the car is now making more noises so awaiting another diagnosis, completely lost faith in the car and will be getting rid of it as soon as it's fixed. The warranty they supply is not worth the paper it is on, who ever was dealing with me when reporting issues directly to Wessex Car Sales was very dismissive of any issues and always advised me to speak with the warranty company rather than take responsibility for a car that was clearly not fit for purpose.
