Best place to go. Mo is brilliant, he's not overpriced. 1st he fixed my broken screen , now sorted out my swollen battery. Won't go anywhere else. Polite and he also sorts out tablets so any problems he's the person to go to. Not only is he good his prices are fair.

Went to Roxy during Covid to fix my broken iPad screen. I asked whether he was using original Apple parts, to which he misled me and confirmed he did. My gut instinct told me not to trust him as you can tell as soon as you walk in that products are not original (hence why I specifically asked the question initially). I was told that he would be using originals and on collecting my iPad, I found it was scratched all over on the back and every corner, and the screen looked and felt weird. He also broke my home button and said these things happen in the process of fixing the screen. I immediately took the iPad to a genuine repair shop and they said they could have repaired it without breaking the home button, without scratching the surface and that more damage certainly is unacceptable and unprofessional. They also confirmed that the screen was not original. I was refused a refund by Roxy and had to make 5 trips in the heats of the summer to get my money back. The man is extremely rude and arrogant despite being in the wrong - he refused to speak to me disregarding his misrepresentation. Would not recommend and surely will never use again. At the time, I thought it would be pointless to waste time on legal proceedings but regret not doing so. I refuse to use the iPad since then as Roxy just put it in such a terrible condition; it frustrates me each time I see it.
