As always a 5 star service , Dean arrived on time to put a new battery in my iPad and was very helpful and answered all questions , I wouldnt go anywhere else for my apple product repairs these guys are the best

Well! What can I say. It takes a lot to impress me. There was an issue with communication by email. Andre contacted me immediately by text. The problem was resolved instantly. He arranged for someone to look at my battery for my ipad as it is still under warranty. I am amazed and incredibly grateful that the art of communication and customer service is not dead. I want to say a very special thank you Andre and his team.

Phone fixed on site, was initially happy! But in the morning I notice the back glass was cracked again with no drops or impact happening. I emailed Andre who wasnt short of smart answers and indicated the only way this would have happened is through a heavy impact which definitely did not happen. Asked him to replace as glass was obviously defected. To which I got the reply physics is physics. I will not be using these lot again and would advise anyone else to avoid them as well. Poor customer service

Came out the same day and a nice man changed my iPhone batteries. So glad Ive found them for future efficient service and advice.
