Visited this morning as my iphone would just not switch on but had full battery. I was reassured by the owner that it was a screen issue, and he told me he would have the problem fixed in 25 minutes. I was so relieved when I returned half an hour later and my phone was back up and running! The owner did the repair at a discounted price, and gave me a free phone case too! Would highly recommend to all residents of Bournemouth and Poole

My daughter took her phone in to have the screen and battery repaired. He charged us 70 which was a fair price. We came back and the screen no longer worked when pressing the home button. He took the phone back for further repair and lent her a spare shop phone. We came back a week later to pick the phone up and the guy said he still can't get it to work without an unlock code. When my daughter and partner went back to the store the guy said the original phone can't be fixed and then charged them an additional 80 for the loaned phone! So currently 150 down and effectively just a replaced screen. Avoid.

Had my broken screen replaced in under 30 minutes. Fast efficient and effective. I rate this service 10/10.
