Simon and his staff have been world class, I have recently bought many items of jewellery for my upcoming wedding and the service has been excellent. Everything we wanted was custom made and nothing was too much trouble. Even messaging out of hours. I cannot reccomend Simon and his team enough :)

After deciding what I wanted to buy for my daughters birthday, we popped in to Charles Fox and were greeted by Megan. We spent most of the afternoon with her and she was amazing.
