Had a unexpected lovely experience at lush today. Thanks to a cheerful guy I believe his name is Nick. Made my day with my sisters making bath bombs and feeding them all the information around the store. Happy lush day!

Katie was absolutely amazing! She knew everything there was to know about skincare and talked me through a step-by-step routine. she was incredibly helpful and so warm and friendly! She was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Lush is an amazing store to begin with, but what really takes it to the highest level is the staff. This time, it was L who made the experience so wonderful. Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she really pampered us. Of course, my friend and I walked out with lots of products, but rightly so because L introduced us to a variety of really amazing products that served our needs - even ones I never imagined existed but that I'll now be using probably for the rest of my life! Travis is another staff member worth mentioning. Although we didn't work directly with him, he helped me with a few things while I was wandering around the store (while L was preparing our samples and getting our products ready for purchase), and in discussing a recent knee injury I had, he gifted me with the Before Massage Bar that has magnesium, which is great for muscle pain and healing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my friend and I left feeling so light, relaxed, and happy. Thank you, L and Travis!
