This is the worst online transaction I have had the misfortune of dealing with. No yarn to fulfil the order because the website wasnt accurate and a refund to a PayPal account that I dont have when I paid by credit card. Disastrous!

Its 2:30 and not open although times state 9:15 to 5pm closed between 3:30 & 3:45 but not that time yet and still closed.
