John did a major remodelling of three bathrooms four years ago. Called him back, as a shower valve leaking. John came promptly, even though it was no fault of his, replaced under warranty FOC. When we had original quote for work 4 years ago, was not the cheapest, but time has shown a good decision. Reminds me of John Ruskin quote: "It's unwise to pay too much...but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. Service: Shower refinishing

John offers a fantastic service, with clear and concise communication. On multiple occasions John has clearly explained the root cause of an issue, provided a clear path to resolution and then fixed the issue with minimal fuss and disruption. Replacement shower I wanted to change the shower valve for a more efficient model, Goshower carefully removed just 2 tiles and grafted in identical replacements, such an amazing job, I had no way of knowing where the join was . In my opinion they are highly skilled and did it all in one day. Brilliant job and and an excellent company...
