The cistern was picked wrongly by the warehouse staff, our plumber noticed and the replacement was at our doorstep within 30 minutes of his call. Great after care.....

I was recommended Island Bathrooms by my plumber and builders and wasn't disappointed. I found Tonia really helpful and patient for my full bathroom and cloakroom refit. She played around with layouts and styles and listened to what I wanted and to keep within my budget. Ok people go online but the prices aren't any cheaper, quality is sometimes not as good and for returns its a pain, you get what you pay for. My order is in so I am now looking forward to the plumber starting soon and seeing how good it looks when installed. Thanks

Ordered a bathroom through island bathrooms and very impressed. Dealt with Simon C and Simon W who were both excellent and able to provide us with knowledge on what products would or would not be suitable. Show room is large with lots of items featured which was brilliant. Always willing to pick the phone up and answer your question dealing with anything quickly.

Excellent service from Simon to help us choose our furniture and design the new bathroom. This was followed up by a professional instal by Justin who sent us regular WhatsApp video's whilst we were away. Would definitely use them again.

Great shop with a very helpful team. Patrycja helped us finding the right products according to our budget, she could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend buying from Island bathroom and their knowledgeable team. Thank you all for your patience too.
