        Excellent customer service. It is a great and unique pleasure to witness a staff member in a busy shop taking time and care with a very elderly lady buying glasses. It is rare to encounter such care and focus directed towards vulnerable customers.

        Good shop this. Friendly staff and whatever you need in the hardware line they'll probably have it and with Wilko closing in the town there are few options if you don't like the impersonal out of town superstores. Good value with the personal touch.

        Been to thie fabulous place few times. Whatever you want they got it. Its like Amazon except you get to see and touch the produts before you buy it. Great customer service too. Since then I have even cancelled Amazon prime. Suppot local shops
