When you are grieving you want to deal with a company who you feel will do the best for your loved one. We found this company to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Kim Le Feaux was so good, she understood what we wanted and her communication was excellent. We did talk to other companies but none seemed as good as Hoare Banks. Thank you Kim.

I used Hoare Banks to create a very unique memorial for my Dad who was cremated a few years ago. I didn't want a traditional memorial, I wanted something a little more alternative/ gothic. I found my unique questions were met with understanding and enthusiasm. Kim in the office was helpful whilst I was trying to come up with the right wording. And Marcus and I came up with a perfect alternative design for my dads memorial. They were quick, efficient, and the quality of the work is amazing. Absolutely great company. Professional and courteous, Tom, West and Marcus were excellent from start to finish overcoming small details without fuss and completing the installation of new worktop around existing sinks, units and island to a very high standard. This is the second time we have used them and we thoroughly recommend them. I guess after 111 years in business you're reputation is established enough!
