Loving learning kung fu with Natural Elements! All ages and abilities at the classes which are friendly & helpful (which for me, being older, is great). Hard work but great fun. I cannot recommend it enough

Fantastic atmosphere, full of lovely people and great teaching. A wonderful place to learn martial arts, from kick boxing and self defence to traditional Chinese weapons. Really would recommend this for all ages and abilities, the teachers are fantastic! They'll give you so much more than fitness, self defence, confidence and personal development.

This is by far the best school you will ever come across. My son started three years ago and it made such a difference in his personality and level of confidence. Not only do the students learn the art of Kung Fu, they do learn the philosophy that underpins all the practice . My son feels as part of a supportive community and always looks forward to each session. Thank you for your hard work.
