Having Karen as Social Media Manager for the Ship Inn Wool has thus far been an absolute breath of fresh air! She is always quick to respond to messages, is flexible, helpful, friendly and professional at all times. Her incredible customer service mind set shines through in all she does, enabling us to feel that we ourselves as a business and therefore our customers are in good hands! Karens input into our business has been invaluable, knowing we have her on hand to deal with this aspect of our business is a huge reassurance and gives us confidence that we are really getting our business out there with a clear and consistent voice. Karen repeatedly produces posts which show a great aptitude for writing with spot on content and excellent graphics and use of images. Her regular updates on social media and on our website directly reflect everything we have asked of her and more. Karens work cannot be faulted; we are so pleased to have her part of the Ship Inns team!
