Were really happy with what we achieved so far with Blue Thirst. We were in a place where we wanted to rethink our approach to reaching businesses who could use our help and Blue Thirst outlined then delivered a plan to do just that. Their approach is straightforward and well-explained, which I really appreciated. Our account manager is in regular touch to monitor the impact of ads, as well as the spend, so we know where we stand and that we can continue to expect new leads. We saw results instantly. This means were now generating good leads who understand what we were about and wanted to find out more.

In the 6 month period BlueThirst managed our Google Ads account they made numerous mistakes. I have provided feedback to BlueThirst and we are no longer working with them. Update: Your monthly retainer and the initial set up costs were paid as per your quotes. I would expect the level of service to be sufficient for the fee you quoted. I am disappointed that you are implying we did not pay enough for a reasonable service level. Your pricing is your prerogative. The price we paid has nothing to do with the problems I highlighted. I know how frustrating negative reviews are, I hope my feedback is taken onboard and this can be drowned out by positive ones. All the best.
