Awful had an interview to work for these guys and glad it went no further someone called Ashley interviewed me and i was in there for less than 5 minutes told me nothing about the company or the job role absolutely awful Id recommend no one gets a job there, what a waste of time for an interview whats the point in wanting someone to work for you if you are not going to tell them anything about the company absolutely pathetic !!

Useless company . Rip offs and selling Poor quality products at huge prices . Unfriendly staff and unprofessional !when it comes to delivery times I had lies o er lies about delivery times probably the boat didnt arrived from China with the products . Tried to complain to CEO but he didnt bother answering the mail. Will contact the Swiss parent company and make a proper complain . Customer rep Nick something is the worst person you could deal with . He seems to know everything about fk all !!! Uselesssssss!!!!!

I called Parvalux to help with my grandads scooter and spoke to a man called Simon, who really helped me out by finding the unit in the Birmingham stock! Despite this being a one off enquiry, he still spent the time to help and go through with my requirement. Thank you very much for your help Parvalux, I definitely recommend this company.
